Register for alerts on the status dashboard

This article explains how to subscribe for alerts on the Access Care Division status dashboard and how to unsubscribe from the alerts.

We know how important communication is to our customers, particularly during outages or critical issues. Thatโ€™s why you can use the status dashboard to monitor your product status in real time.

To gain access, please raise a support case via our Access Digital Assistant, and the team will provide you with the relevant URL.

Subscribe to a status dashboard

Once you have access, you'll need to subscribe to the status dashboard. To do this, follow these steps.

  1. In the top right, click Subscribe.

  2. Click Email and enter your email.

  3. Read the terms and services

  4. Check the I accept terms and services checkbox.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Within Customisations, select either All Services or Selected Services.

  7. Select the opinion Only send me the minimum number of notifications (typically first and last) or leave this blank to receive all updates.

  8. Click Save.

If you choose Selected Services, you can decide to Select ALL the services within a group. Or you can choose to only select those most relevant to you.


Unsubscribe

If you need to unsubscribe from the status dashboard alerts follow these steps.

  1. Go to the URL Support provided.

  2. Click Subscribe in the top-right corner of the page.

  3. Click Forgot your link?

  4. Click Email, then enter your email address.

  5. Click Resend.

In the email you receive:

  1. Click Unsubscribe from these alerts.

  2. Click Email to confirm.
