If you get an error message stating you have no access or a restricted profile when trying to log in to Access People Planner through Access Evo, please ask an administrator of Access People Planner to follow these steps:
Log in to Access People Planner.
Click Settings.
Click Other.
Click Profiles & Users.
Click Users.
Click into the user profile.
Click Profile Details.
Under Security Access, within Modules & Functions shows No Access.
Use the drop-down menu to select a profile, or the blank option.
Click Save.
Ask the user to try to log in to Access People Planner through Access Evo again.
