When launching Access People Planner from Access Evo there's an error

In this article, we explain what to do when an error message appears after launching Access People Planner from Access Evo.

If you get an error message stating you have no access or a restricted profile when trying to log in to Access People Planner through Access Evo, please ask an administrator of Access People Planner to follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Access People Planner.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Other.

  4. Click Profiles & Users.

  5. Click Users.

  6. Click into the user profile.

  7. Click Profile Details.

  8. Under Security Access, within Modules & Functions shows No Access.

  9. Use the drop-down menu to select a profile, or the blank option.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Ask the user to try to log in to Access People Planner through Access Evo again.
