If an outstanding task is showing an incorrect deadline date please follow these steps to rectify it:
Click HR.
Click Employee, then click Find.
Click into the employee's record.
Under QuickLinks, click Tasks.
Click into the task.
Click into the most recent completed task.
Check the audit history by selecting the camera icon at the top.
If the previous completion date was changed this would affect the new task.
Go into the new outstanding task and change the Status to Completed, then click Save.
Once saved, change the Status back to Outstanding and this should resolve the deadline date.
