Remove task allocation from user

In this article, we explain how to remove a task allocation from a user.

To unallocate a service user or employee task from a user, please follow these steps:

Remove from service user

  1. Click Service user.

  2. In the submenu, click Service user.

  3. Click Find.

  4. Search for the service user.

  5. Click tasks in Quick links.

  6. Click into the Required task.

  7. Use the drop-down menu to select blank next to user.

  8. Click Save.


Remove from employee

  1. Click HR.

  2. Click Employee.

  3. Click Find.

  4. Search for the employee.

  5. Click tasks in Quick links.

  6. Click into the Required task.

  7. Use the drop-down menu to select blank next to user.

  8. Click Save.
